A Few Things I've Learned Along the Way

I made a Frankenstein bicycle when I was young.

The tire on the front was too big for my front brakes

but just small enough for my frame,

so I lived with only back brakes and my shoe for the front tire

(in an emergency).

I also had a bookrack on the back,

which I attempted to weld on with a can of hairspray and a lighter.

This is where I discovered that to weld something

you have to get it really hot, not just

hairspray-flamethrower hot.

However, I did make a very cool torch

and oh yeah

I melted the bottom of the seat.
